Course Description
This hands-on, one-hour course introduces participants to three powerful AI tools: Google NotebookLM, Perplexity AI, and ChatGPT. Participants will learn how to effectively use these tools to enhance productivity, streamline research, and generate creative solutions in the workplace. Any test material is welcome. Examples are PDF documents for summary, spreadsheets with tables, research topics.
Course Objectives
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
Navigate and utilize Google NotebookLM, Perplexity AI, and ChatGPT (options: Gemini, Anthropic, WastonX, CoPilot)
Apply effective prompting techniques for each tool (most important)
Identify suitable use cases for each AI tool in their work environment
Demonstrate basic proficiency in using these tools for workplace tasks
Prerequisites
- Participants must bring a laptop or use a provided computer
- Access to Google NotebookLM, Perplexity AI, and ChatGPT accounts (free versions are sufficient)
